Born and raised in Sanger, Victor has spent more than two decades serving the community he proudly calls home. Whether as a teacher with Agape at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Vice President of the Sanger High PTSA, a former small business owner, Planning Commission Chairman, Councilmember, Mayor Pro Tem, or Mayor, his commitment has always been centered on one thing: serving the people of Sanger.

 

Victor believes that strong communities are built through service, responsible leadership, and a genuine commitment to helping neighbors succeed. He understands that local businesses, hardworking families, seniors, veterans, and young people all play an important role in shaping Sanger's future.

 

As a husband, father, community volunteer, and lifelong resident, Victor has witnessed both the challenges and opportunities facing our city. He believes decisions should be guided by transparency and sound economic principles that create lasting benefits for residents and local businesses alike.

 

Today, Victor is running for Mayor because he believes Sanger's best days are still ahead. His vision is simple: put people first, support local businesses, maintain responsible city finances, and preserve the strong sense of community that makes Sanger a special place to call home.
